At the end of each circle, Michelle will provide some gentle insight and encouragement, along with a suggestion about an assignment or task that will always be aimed at helping you with what you are enduring at that time.

Online Death Cafés
During our hour long sessions, there will be no speakers and no theme to these meetings. Michelle will facilitate and encourage open discussion about death and dying, where people can share their thoughts and feelings.
